Memory Fitness Program – Save the Dates!

Memory Fitness is a licensed program by the UCLA Longevity Center that focuses on the four Brain Healthy Lifestyle Strategies found to lower risk for dementia:
- Physical Conditioning
- Healthy Diet
- Stress Reduction
- Mental Exercise/Cognitive Training
This program is for adults aging normally or with mild cognitive impairment.
Registration & Fee:
$20 fee includes the twelve sessions, 2 Weeks to a Younger Brain book and workbook handouts.
