Together in Solutions: Early-stage Dementia Support Group

This group is for the person living with early-stage dementia and his/her caregiver.
Join us in person to receive support and share your experiences with others in a facilitated discussion. This group is for the person living with early-stage dementia and his/her caregiver. The group will meet briefly, and then individuals with early-stage dementia and their care partners will meet separately.
Pre-screening is required before attending.
