Family Caregiver Winter Retreat

Join us as we offer caregivers a special day with activities to nurture the mind, body, and spirit! The day will include mindfulness art and relaxation activities, connecting with others as well as a delicious lunch.
*You must register to attend the retreat. Please let Jodi know if you need respite care for your loved one during this time as prior arrangements are required.
