Join The Elderlaw Firm, Well-Spring Solutions, Cone Health, AuthoraCare Collective, and HealthTeam Advantage as we celebrate National Healthcare Decisions Day—a nationwide initiative encouraging individuals to document their healthcare and end-of-life wishes and to share them so their loved ones can honor those wishes.
This special event will include presentations from Risa Hanau, LCSW, Clinical and Community Educator from AuthoraCare Collective, Elderlaw Firm Attorney Dennis Toman & Angela Lewis-Myers, LCSW from Cone Health. All attendees will have an opportunity to receive a free Health Care Power of Attorney after the presentations.
