The MEMORY CARE CENTER
Full Day Adult Care
The Memory Care Center is ideal for those aged 60 years and older, offering a full slate of activities designed to enhance memory fitness and stimulate cognition.
As a North Carolina certified Adult Day Care/Day Health Center, your loved one is treated like a member of our family receiving the excellent care that Well-Spring is known for.
What’s included:
- A nutritious breakfast, lunch and snack are provided (Special dietary needs can be accommodated)
- Monitoring of medical and health needs
- Daily exercise program and recreational activities
such as art, exercise, organized socializing
and more — all designed to stimulate cognition - Educational and cultural programs
- Instruction and assistance with personal and
health care needs - Intergenerational experiences and stimulating a
ctivities for persons of all backgrounds - On-site nursing services with a registered nurse or
a licensed practical nurse are available

Connections
Half Day Adult Care
A half-day program for adults with age-related illnesses.
Connections provides group respite care for part of the day, allowing individuals who are caring for family members an opportunity to have a break from caregiving responsibilities.
What’s Included:
- Safe and secure setting with close supervision
- A nutritious lunch
- Recreational and social activities with music and interaction with peers
- Daily exercise program
- Educational and cultural programs
- Continued community involvement
- Intergenerational experiences and stimulating activities for persons of all backgrounds
