A Guide to Physical and Mental Fitness for Family Caregivers!

Join us for a lunch and learn as we partner with HealthTeam Advantage to share overall wellness tips for caregivers! Savanna Altizer, MS CEP CSCS, Wellness Coordinator will share general exercise safety guidelines as well as lead both physical and mental fitness exercises that you can make part of your daily routine!
