Improving Mental Health with Physical Activity and Safe Exercise Practices!

Join us as we partner with HealthTeam Advantage to share recommendations for overall improved mental health. Savanna Altizer, MS CEP CSCS, Wellness Coordinator will present how exercise and physical activity can boost mental health, as well as provide general exercise safety guidelines and tips for family caregivers. The focus is to educate those caring for loved ones who may be anxious to exercise due to fear of injury or undue health conditions.
