Join Caregiver Connect, HealthTeam Advantage, Senior Resources of Guilford and Well∙Spring Solutions for aCaregiver Connections Expo! This event is designed to provide family caregivers of frail and impaired adults an opportunity to learn, re-energize and connect with one another. This day includes a music therapy activity; a delicious lunch; connecting with others; exhibitors with community resources; an informative and hands on session about the benefits of music while caring for a loved one with dementia and door prizes!
