The Walk to End Alzheimer’s / Team Well-Spring Solutions Kickoff Party!

Stop by and meet Nathaniel Moorefield with the Alzheimer’s Association – Western Carolina Chapter! Receive goodies including snacks, 24/7 caregiver helpline bracelets, stickers and registration materials for the Walk in October.
We hope you’ll join our Well∙Spring Solutions Walk Team! We will meet outside at the Well-Spring Solutions Memory Care Center.
