I find gratification in caring for others. I enjoy the Gerontology population the most.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Why is the type of work you do so important?
We serve a vulnerable population. Having a safe place for the Gerontology/Dementia population to come and have a meaningful day is essential.
What difference do you feel our service – and your work – makes for those we serve and their loved ones?
A considerable/immeasurable difference for both our members and their loved ones.
